Ruina: The Astral Voyage

A handcrafted monochrome puzzle journey through ruins, memory, and emotion.

Ruina: The Astral Voyage unfolds across nine voyages of floating ruins, monumental forms, and silent astral worlds. Players reconstruct fragmented structures and sculptural figures suspended between darkness and light, moving through spaces shaped by memory, symbolism, and contemplation.

Designed as a slow and immersive experience, Ruina invites careful looking, measured movement, and quiet attention rather than speed or noise. The camera moves freely around each form, allowing every reconstruction to be approached from shifting angles within the surrounding void.

Night I · The Crossing

The first Night introduces the player to the astral journey through ancient megalithic presences. Standing stones, hollowed forms, and solemn compositions emerge from fog and starlight, evoking resonance, memory, and the first contact with a world older than language.

Night II · The Unfolding

The second Night moves beyond archaic ruins into fractured symbols and dreamlike structures of memory and time. Damaged gates, scattered bridges, and levitating monoliths unfold like a broken timeline, as the astral world begins to reveal its hidden order.

Night III · The Becoming

The third Night turns inward. Architecture gives way to sculptural figures shaped by emotion, memory, and human presence. These voyages are not only places to reconstruct, but emotions given monumental form, standing before the player as presences to be confronted and restored.

The Astral Path

At the end of each voyage, the player receives an engram, a luminous fragment of a larger hidden whole. Seen individually, an engram is a memory-fragment. Seen together, they begin to reveal a deeper order, forming a constellation that traces the outline of a meditative figure suspended in cosmic space.

After completing the final voyage, the constellation remains as a forever-looping meditation, a quiet ending that continues beyond the game itself.
